Shipping
FREE DELIVERY when you spend over $50 Australia wide*.
Orders under $50 is a flat rate charge of $7.95 for standard shipping or $15.95 for express post.
*Excludes wholesale and international orders.
Shipment processing times
We aim to dispatch all orders by the next business day via Australia Post. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
For personalised items, please allow 2 to 3 days for us to create your custom made item, then for delivery to the respective State.
If, for any reason, there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery notice
Australia Post and other couriers are experiencing unforeseeable delays. Please expect longer delivery times than usual and use our delivery times are a guide only.
We may use a courier (Courier Please and Fastway) to deliver some parcels. Please note that couriers can only deliver to physical addresses and not parcels addressed to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers will be sent by Australia Post.
Calmellow does not accept any responsibility for delivery times, this is completely pursuant to the terms, conditions and times set by Australia Post. We do not refund shipping in the case of late deliveries. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International orders
International delivery is available and calculated at the checkout. Price will differ depending on the order weight and country.
