Sinus relief -The beautiful, fresh and invigorating aroma of peppermint essential oil is uplifting and therapeutic for the mind and body. Peppermint is both cooling and heating which makes for a wonderful analgesic remedy for tired and aching muscles. Helpful for headaches, a lymphatic stimulant and can assist in sinus relief.

Calming - Soothing, balancing and calming lavender shower steamer. May help with aiding in stress relief and sleeplessness.

Uplifting - This highly stimulating blend is a rejuvenating pick-me-up that energizes the central nervous system, invigorating and strengthening where there is weakness and exhaustion. Contains the essential oils clary sage, aniseed, lemongrass, bergamot, peppermint and grapefruit.

To use: Simply unwrap shower steamer, place on the shower floor or soap shelf where it is exposed to a light spray of water. Maximise its performance by ensuring that your hot shower builds up sufficient amounts of steam. As the water rains down, it will activate the fizzing reaction and release the fragrant essential oils.

Our shower steamers all contain Menthol which helps to amplify the scent of the other oils.

Warning: Menthol is not suitable for children or for use during pregnancy. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before use. Not suitable as a bath bomb due to the high amount of essential oils and menthol crystals.

Sinus relief Ingredients: Bicarbonate Soda, Citric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Fragrance (Peppermint Essential Oil), Alcohol, Menthol, Pigment Green 7, Solvent Yellow 172.

Calming Ingredients: Bicarbonate Soda, Citric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Fragrance (lavender Essential Oil), Alcohol, Menthol, Polysorbate 80, 42090, 17200.

Uplifting Ingredients: Bicarbonate Soda, Citric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Fragrance (Essential Oil Blend), Alcohol, Menthol, Polysorbate 80, 42090, 19140.
